A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT ...

Thanks to everyone who attended our annual meeting at Calvary Baptist on August 9, 2025. It was one of our largest gatherings in recent years! We also appreciate those owners who were unable to attend but submitted proxies, helping us achieve a quorum.

We are pleased to announce the results of the Board elections:

• Jared  Riddle (128 W. Hampton Dr.) was elected to fill the remaining term of Denise Tran.
• Lindsay Lonsbury-Fleenor (101 Hampton Ct.) was elected to fill the expired term of Marilyn Wolfe.

The Board is making a stronger commitment than ever to transparency, ensuring that communication with owners is timely, open, and informative. This website is a key part of that effort, and we want to express special appreciation to Rob Williford (109 W. Hampton Dr.) for creating/maintaining it and helping bring this vision to life.

We are also thrilled to welcome our new members, who are already bringing fresh energy and ideas to help refresh and enhance our neighborhood. Owners enthusiastically supported the creation of a new Grounds Committee, which will serve as a bridge between owners and the Board regarding landscaping, trees, and drainage improvements.   

We look forward to a productive year ahead, and to your continued engagement in making our community the best it can be.
